Central Intake – Getting Started
CMHA HPE offers a range of services for those seeking supports for Addictions and Mental Health concerns. Contact Central Intake or completed the online GP, NP, HSP referral form to get started.
Central Intake hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
