Open Access

The Open Access service consists of a one-time, brief assessment and data collection, which will be completed with a staff member during your first session. This process does not need to be repeated for future visits.

Services Provided:

• AccessMHA Intake – CMHA HPE staff will guide individuals through the self-referral process to help them connect with the appropriate services and support.
• Mental Health Case Management – Single sessions designed to assess immediate needs, address current challenges, and connect individuals with appropriate resources and support.
• Addictions Counselling – Single sessions designed to provide immediate, focused support for individuals struggling with substance use or addictive behaviors.
