Your effort can make a big impact
February 11 – 28, 2025 / 2,000 push-ups (or alternative exercise such as sit-ups or squats) over 18 days.
Get fit, have fun and learn about mental health!
2,000 push-ups, representing ~2,000 lives lost to suicide each day, worldwide.
Funds raised will help to support recovery from mental illness and foster positive mental health outcomes.

Sign Up and Track Your Progress
Registrations are open for The Push-Up Challenge 2025. Click here to register. Join the challenge as an individual, or form a team with friends, colleagues, or members of your workplace, school, or club. *Be sure to select the CMHA HPE branch when sigining up. Once registered, download the free app to track your push-up progress and discover key mental health facts along the way.
From February 11 to 28, you’ll challenge yourself to complete 2,000 push-ups (or alternative extercise). Each day of the challenge, you will receive a daily target with a corresponding mental health fact so you can learn while you push for better mental health.

Fundraise or Donate
Participants can fundraise throughout the challenge, or anyone can make a direct donation to support CMHA HPE programs and services.
