As the holiday season approaches, we extend warm wishes to you from everyone at CMHA HPE.

We recognize that, for some, the holidays can be a challenging time. It can be extra stressful on individuals struggling with mental health and addictions. CMHA HPE works with individuals to help them deal with their mental health and addiction challenges through timely supports, programs and information. It is our goal to make sure that no one faces their mental health and addiction struggles alone.

If you need support during the holidays, you can reach out to the Crisis Intervention Centre at 613-969-7400, extension 2753, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively, ConnexOntario is available 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600 or online at www.connexontario.ca.
