Join the challenge
You can take on the challenge on your own or create a team. Teams help build motivation and healthy competition. For groups of more than 10 people, consider creating a community – these work well for workplaces, gyms, schools and clubs, or big groups of friends.
Start pushing
From February 1 to 23, you’ll challenge yourself to complete 2,000 push-ups. Each day of the challenge, you will receive a daily target with a corresponding mental health fact so you can learn while you push for better mental health.
Fundraise
Funds raised will go towards CMHA programs and services. Donations can be made here or on the free app. *Make sure you select the CMHA HPE branch when making or collecting donations.
Resources
Tally sheets, how to push-up guide, alternate exercise guide and frequently asked questions can be found on The CMHA HPE Push-Up Challenge website.
Let’s come together to promote wellbeing, promote mental health education, foster connections and raise money for CMHA HPE programs and services!
